About the Job Opportunity
Planning With Purpose, a boutique law firm in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking an outgoing, detailed Client Care Specialist. Our front-end individual is the first introduction to the firm for potential clients, and will set the tone of the law firm when talking with potential and current clients. We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills, is confident in making people feel at ease and accepted, and is detailed. This position also requires organizational skills since many administrative tasks are assigned to this role. Strong computer skills will be necessary, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
This position is preferred to be in-person, but can be restructured for the right individual to work remotely.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate person or service. This will take a concentrated effort to learn our process and what services we offer in order to successfully manage incoming calls. Promptly organizing, returning, and handing off messages is one the highest functions of this position.
Engage with clients with excellent customer service skills. Welcoming clients, setting the tone of the firm, and serving initial client needs are very important to a client's first impression - you will be the face of the firm.
Scheduling various meeting types for attorneys, communicating with clients regularly for those meetings, and following up with potential clients.
Administrative tasks and responsibilities will include preparing client work product, folders, and internal process sheets, reviewing office work before it leaves the office, organizing and preparing the office for client meetings, managing, appropriately categorizing, scanning, and organizing all incoming mail.
Using multiple software programs, including Microsoft office (word, basic excel, outlook, etc), MailChimp, client CRM, and more. Must already possess strong Microsoft office skills and use a computer confidently.
Job Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation
Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly and able to work independently
Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
A friendly, positive attitude; with a desire to get to know people
Well organized, and willing to perform routine duties
Ability to take directions well
Works well independently and in a team environment
Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, scanners, etc., and standard Microsoft Office programs
Ability to prioritize tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Package:
$20 an hour, starting wage. 6 and 12 month job reviews with pay increase for excellent work.
Paid day off for your birthday, additional paid day off each quarter, equating to an additional week of paid vacation per year
401k with 3% matching

Summer Hours (July & August) schedule adjusts to 4 ten hour days, allowing for 3 day weekends.
