Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time, on site Marketing Strategist position. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to perform a variety of in-house tasks, including managing our voice to other professionals, putting together educational sessions, and assisting our current client base. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas, and someone that is outgoing and confident. Reliable transportation is required, as this is an in person position. You are an excellent fit for this if you have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional attitude, and confidence that properly portrays the firm.
Approximately 3 Saturdays a year, and occasional after-hours work required.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently to create content for social media, newsletters, professional contacts of firm, and more
Communicate with clients and other professionals as directed
Assist current client base with annual cycle organization
Create marketing materials such as website content, advertisements, social media post, and other branding material that aligns with our goals and objectives
Assist with radio show promotions, workshops for public, and potential client follow up
Organize and track client opportunities from marketing strategy
Organize and assist attorney with scheduling meetings with professional relationships
Organize, advertise, and attend seminars targeting financial advisors and other professional relationships
Job Requirements:
A friendly, positive attitude; with a desire to get to know people
Well organized, and willing to perform routine duties
Ability to take directions well
Works well independently and in a team environment
Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, scanners, etc., and standard Microsoft Office programs
Ability to prioritize tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Package:
$20 an hour, starting wage.
Paid day off for your birthday, additional paid day off each quarter, equating to an additional week of paid vacation per year
Summer Hours (July & August) schedule adjusts to 4 ten-hour days, allowing for 3-day weekends.
