Charlene joined the firm in November of 2021. She holds two degrees in education. Her Bachelor’s from Western Michigan University and Master’s from Indiana University. Charlene began her high school mathematics teaching career in Indiana. She then moved to Colorado to continue teaching. She spent a total of 44 years in the educational field. Upon moving to Washington, she retired from the classroom.

Charlene met her husband Jon while they both taught. They have been married for 28 years. They have two daughters that were both adopted from China. Both girls live in Colorado, which makes the Plotners empty nesters except their English Goldendoodle, Benjamin Cooper, aka Benny. Charlene and Jon enjoy traveling in their spare time. They are actively involved in their local church.
